本會舉辦課程 Courses Offered by HKPAA

 報讀本會兩個或以上課程的會員，一律再八折 。

Members apply two or more courses offer by HKPAA can receive 20% discount.

會員/非會員報名方法 Member / Non-Member Application

1. 

填妥報讀課程報名表後，請電郵至 application@hkpaperart.net。

Complete the course application form, and send by email to application@hkpaperart.net.

2. 

本會將於翌日由專人以電話聯絡已獲接受報名的學員。

Our staff will contact the student whose registration is accepted by phone in the following day.

3. 

己獲接受報名的學員請於五個工作天內用以下方式繳交學費︰

The fee is to be paid by successful registered student in five working days by one of the following methods.

 

i.       

請連同所需費用支票（支票以「香港紙藝學會有限公司」或「HONG KONG PAPER ART ASSOCIATION LTD」 名義抬頭，並加劃線；支票背面寫上會員姓名、會員編號、報讀課程編號及聯絡電話號碼等資料）於開課前三個工作天內寄至九龍觀塘創業街36號華基中心1711室「香港紙藝學會」會計部，並於信封面註明「報讀課程之編號」字樣；

Please send the check/cheque (the crossed check/cheque is of heading "HONG KONG PAPER ART ASSOCIATION LTD". At the back of it, the phone number, the name and the number of the member, and the course code are to be written.) to the account dept., Hong Kong Paper Art Association Ltd., Rm. 1711, 36 Ricky Centre, Chong Yip St., Kwun Tong, Kln., with course code on the envelop at lease 3 working days before the course started.

請到任何一間匯豐銀行以現金 / 轉帳繳交學費（戶口號碼：814-014460-838； 戶口名稱：香港紙藝學會有限公司）後，將銀行入數紙連同會員姓名、會員編號、報讀課程編號及聯絡電話號碼等資料於繳費當日以電郵（application@hkpaperart.net）或傳真至本會（傳真號碼： 3422-8120)。

Please pay the fee in Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank by cash or transfer (the account number: 814-014460-838, the account name: Hong Kong Paper Art Association Ltd.), and send the bank slip with the phone number, the name and the number of the member, and the course code to our office by e-mail (application@hkpaperart.net) or by fax (the facsimile number: 3422-8120) at the same day.

4. 

本會以先到先得方式接受報名（報名日期以本會收到報名表為準）。

The registration is accepted under the role of “first come, first serve” (The application is dated on the application form received).

 

*     本會將於上課時派發收據。

The receipt would be distributed in the class.

 

 

 

注意事項 Regulations

 

l           學員進修中級或更高級課程，宜先修讀初班，以鞏固根基。

Student takes the intermediate or advanced course is suggested to study preliminary course before for consolidating foundation.

l           凡課程參加者，其上課次數不少於四份之三者，可於課程結束時申請核發聽講證書。每張聽講證書費用為二十元正。

Student whose attendance is not less than 75% might apply the “Attendance Certificate” of the corresponding course at the end of the course. The fee is $20 per Certificate.

l           若上課時間有任何更改，本會將另行通知。

If the time table is changed, students would be informed.

l           若本會取消課程，本會將於一個月內將學費全數退回會員提供的銀行戶口中。

If the course is cancelled, the study fee would be returned to the bank account that the member provided in a month.

l           在特殊情況下本會有權更換導師、課程時間及地點。

Our association has right to replace tutor, change the time and the place of the course in some special cases.

l           本會工作人員可按需要，要求會員提供會員證或身份證明文件，以檢定會員身份。

Our staff are authorized according to the need, to request the member to provide the membership care or the identification document for checking the status of the member.

l           課程只准會員本人參與，不准別人代替或帶親友陪同。

All the courses are solely for the members.

l           上課地點為禁煙區。

Smoking in the class is strictly prohibited.

l           本會內嚴禁享用或攜帶任何外來的飲食。

External diet is strictly prohibited in the address of our association.

l           請愛惜本會各項設備，重視課堂秩序，尊重導師，遵守本會各項規定，否則本會有權終止該會員參與課程的權利，一切費用恕不退還。

Please treasure all the facilities of our association, take the classroom order, respect tutors, abide all the regulations of our association, otherwise our association is authorized to terminate the related member to participate in the course. All the fee is not to be returned.

 

 

 

更改課程 Change curriculum

l           凡繳費報名後，學員要求更改課程，可向本會申請，但有關申請必須於開課前五個工作天填妥更改課程申請表並電郵至application@hkpaperart.net。申請一經批准，學員須為更改的每個課程另繳行政費用港幣五十元。

After paid for registration, if the student requests to the change the course, who may apply by e-mailing the filled change course application form to application@hkpaperart.net at lease 5 working days before the course started. Should the application be accepted, the student must pay HK$50.00 for the administration fee in addition for each course.

l           倘獲批更改課程較原來報讀課程的學費較高，學員須補付學費差額。

If the fee for the course is higher than the original one, the student must pay up the fee difference.

l           倘獲批更改課程較原來報讀課程的學費較低，本會將不退回學費差額。

If the fee for the course is lower than the original one, the fee difference is not to be returned to the student.

 

颱風或暴雨暫停授課安排
The arrangement for the typhoon or rainstorm suspended class

 

l           天文台於上午6時仍懸掛3 號或以上風球或黃色暴雨訊號，上午10時至下午1時前的課程停課。

Typhoon signal no. 3 or yellow rain signal is still hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory at 6 AM, the classes from 10 AM to 1 PM suspended.

l           天文台於下午1時仍懸掛3 號或以上風球或黃色暴雨訊號，下午2時至晚上6時前的課程停課。

Typhoon signal no. 3 or yellow rain signal is still hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory at 1 PM, the classes from 2 PM to 6 PM suspended.

天文台於下午5時仍懸掛3 號或以上風球或黃色暴雨訊號，晚上6時至晚上10時30分的課程停課。

Typhoon signal no.3 or yellow rain signal is still hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory at 5 PM, the classes from 6 PM to 10 PM suspended.

l           天文台於上課時間內懸掛3號風球或黃色暴雨訊號，則所有已開課的課程仍須繼續上課，還未開課的課程則不用上課。

Typhoon signal no.3 or yellow rain signal is still hoisted by Hong Kong Observatory during the class hours, all the running classes are to be proceeded, but the others.

l           本會將盡可能安排補課，日期及時間將另行通知各學員。

Our association would arrange to make up for a missed lesson as soon as possible, the date and time would be promptly inform the corresponding students.
